Program Description:  

How do we lead change in a team that we have just met? How do we lead change in an organization that we are just getting to know. In this high engaging and highly interactive session, attendees will gain tools and resources that they can bring back to their organization to effectively lead change in a powerful and meaningful manner. Attendees will walk away with more knowledge about:

• How to effectively build relationships with others in the forming stages for maximum impact and buy in
• How to engage in healthy conflict and how to provide opportunities for ownership with in the storming stages of change discussions
• How to boldly make decisions and guide your organization in a path towards success
• How to maximize performance as a team unit

Through a little theory, a lot of activity and application, and a healthy amount of wit, attendees will walk away more empowered to lead change in their organization.
