"Harnessing the Power of Appreciation"

Overview:  79% of employees who quit their jobs cite lack of appreciation as a key reason for leaving.

On the flip side....

81% of employees say they're motivated to work harder when their boss shows appreciation for their work

Does your organization have a culture of appreciation?  This type of culture can lead to increased employee productivity, retention, and morale.  Learn how to show team members appreciation in the language they want and deserve using the 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace.  Diana Rogers Jaeger, owner of Love to Appreciate Consulting, will share how to achieve employee engagement using the power of appreciation.

Presenter - Diana Rogers Jaeger
