Just Culture: Building a Culture of Learning
- Learn how to write a definition of Just Culture in one complete sentence.
- Verbalize three of the five Just Culture's behaviors and at least two of the three duties.
- Identify a minimum of two of the five threshold investigation questions.

Sara S. Hildenbrand, M.Ed. has 39 years of experience in Education, Training, and Development, with 35 of those years in Healthcare. She is passionate about helping her organization align system strategies and goals with the training and development (especially for leaders), that drives results, personal and professional growth, and an engaged work force.
She is certified to teach and/or administer Crucial Conversations, Just Culture Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, MBTI, and Managing Transitions. Currently, Sara is helping lead her organization in implementing and integrating Gallup Q12 Engagement, Crucial Conversations, and Just Culture, a topic she will be discussing today.
Sara comes to you today not as a consultant, but as a peer -- someone who is committed (like you) to helping organizations create a culture of engagement, results, and growth.

Non-members and guests are usually $20, but for this in-person meeting they are $10.
