This session will address those questions as we discover specific strategies for embracing our leadership role as representatives of our organization's image and initiatives.

Presenter - Donna Rynda
Donna Rynda started her own business in 2005 as a Training Specialist and Motivational Speaker. Her speaking engagements have included keynote addresses, conference workshops, and leadership-development retreats for more than 100 state and national organizations--including several OKHR and ATD Conferences, as well as two OCHRS Networking Luncheons.
Before becoming her own boss, Donna worked for various organizations as a Human Resource Director and/or Training Manager for more than 30 years. Her last corporate employment was with Sonic Industries as a Field Training Specialist ("Traveling Trainer") enabling her to spend 75% of her time traveling throughout all the states west of Oklahoma.
All of Donna's experiences and travels served as the inspiration to name her company MAKE IT MATTER because she truly does believe that "no matter what we do, we all want to make it matter."
