"Workforce Positive Policies: Humanizing the Employment Experience"
Overview: Forward thinking employers understand the importance of creating an environment that employees can thrive in. A distinction for great employers is their spirit of flexibility with employees when life happens. In this session, we will identify the advantages of empowering employees to manage their workday around life's obstacles.
As a multi-award winner in OK's Best Places to Work, Nextep, Inc. has worked diligently to create a culture that embraces work-life integration allowing employees to succeed at work and at home. Numerous ideas will be shared on how to support employees both on and off the clock with helpful policies and programs. Enriching the workplace through flexible work schedules, a family friendly environment, paid leave programs and benefits that provide financial support are easier to accomplish than you think and the results are powerful.
