Presenter - Tracey Hixon
Tracey Hixon is the Corporate HR Director at Nextep. She has been with the company for 14 years and her focus is predominantly on initiatives that foster high performance teams, employee engagement, and leadership development.
She is actively involved in the HR community having served as the College Relations Advisor for the Sooner HR Society in Norman, mentoring early HR professionals, and speaking at local universities to HR students.
She is a certified and active facilitator of DISC behavior assessments and TEIQ emotional intelligence assessments._______________________________________________________________________________________
