"Life Lessons for Everyday Leaders"
Are your 2023 New Year's Resolutions still working for you? Especially the ones you made that focused on your "professional life"? Most of us resolve to make each new year even better than the last one--don't we? After all, embracing every year's Life Lessons has become "second nature" for most of us--both personally and professionally. So this year, how about (first) focusing on HOW to share/honor/exemplify a few of our favorite Life Lessons with those who look to us for workplace motivation and personal inspiration? Then...strategically select just one of our most-personally-beneficial Life Lessons to provide that 2023 Resurgence Boost that we are all definitely more-than-ready for!
- Identify the strategic focus of an Everyday Leader in the workplace
- Select favorite Life Lessons that have specifically impacted our professional life
- Share those Life Lessons with others--along with the workplace "results"
Presenter: Donna Rynda
Since starting her own business in 2005 as a Training Specialist, Motivational Speaker and Leadership Consultant, Donna Rynda's speaking engagements have included keynote addresses, conference sessions, and leadership retreats for more than 100 state and national organizations.
Before becoming her own boss, Donna Rynda was employed as a Human Resources Director and/or Training Manager for more than 30 years for a variety of organizations involved with retail sales, computer technology, grocery distribution, education, hospitality, and foodservice.
Whether you participate in a one-hour session or a day-long seminar, Donna promises that her program will be informative, interactive, and worth your time!
A boxed lunch will be served.
SHRS Members and SHRS Student Members are FREE!
Non-members and guests are $15.
