Speaker Bio:
Lyndi Zavy, MA, PHR has fifteen years of experience in Human Resources and Operations, including serving as the COO of a healthcare organization and now as the founder of Rivers & Roads Organizational Development. She holds a BA in Psychology and a MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and she is passionate about helping leaders support their employees while still supporting themselves. She is active in her community and serves on several non-profit boards and committees. She and her husband have two busy children, a beloved rescue dog, and a leopard gecko.
