Thursday,  November 16th - Strategy, Execution, and the Art of Saying No

The Stillwater Area Human Resource Association invites you to Stillwater Meridian Technology Center on Thursday, November 16th at 11:30 AM for a program on Strategy, Execution, and the Art of Saying No. Cost to attend is $20 and lunch will be provided. Our presenter is Mike Coffey.

Many business leaders create annual, 3-year, 5-year and even 10-year plans for their organizations only to make excuses later for why they didn't achieve what they hoped. In this presentation, entrepreneur Mike Coffey, SPHR will discuss the reasons many businesses' strategies fail and demonstrate simple tools to keep your business focused and on track.

Objectives:

  • Understand David Maister's six rules for organizational change.
  • Understand the importance of short and long-term goals.
  • Understand how to implement accountability to effect change.
  • Understand the importance of focus in attaining organizational change.
